No. Many of our clients invest remotely. We handle site visits, developer meetings, due diligence, and legals on your behalf. You can be fully hands-off from day one.
We're brokers, not developers, so we have no incentive to push one project over another. We access dozens of developers, negotiate on your behalf, and only recommend what we'd invest in ourselves.
Our service is free to investors. We receive a commission from the developer upon completion, similar to how a mortgage broker works. You pay no more than going direct, and often less after our negotiation.
